This has become THE problem of our time in research. But as the article says funding agencies and universities are driving this with completely unrealistic targets. Luckily my uni isn’t like that, but some in Thailand have become like this.

Not a surprise. Deans and students expect staff to always be available when they need them. It's not a healthy thing.

This is deeply concerning, but emphasizes a growing issue in Thailand: high expectations with limited support. It's not limited to schools either.
