#okleg HHS committee just passed the cruel and unjust #hb4327, banning abortions after fertilization (you read that right), with an #sb8 style civil enforcement mechanism and emergency order. Bill moves to the Senate chambers. Our hearts are breaking for the people of Oklahoma.
