One of the positives that came from our modified schedule this season was the opportunity to take a few guys to Distance Night . Can’t say enough about the job Chris Quick and his crew did to make the night special. Proud that IL has an event like this. Well done Palatine XC !

Consistency/frequency in summer training is the single most important factor for injury prevention. Get your muscles/ligaments/tendons used to doing something every day. You can't train 3 days/wk in summer & then expect to be a 6-day/wk contributor to your team in the fall.

Today ended my 4 years of volunteer assistant coaching at Prairie Ridge for Girls XC. It has been one awesome run with a great group of coaches and incredible athletes. I thank everyone for all the support and will remain the #1 fan for PRXC.
