In the studio with Nosound recording new music 👀 👂 🥁

I've been shooting some additional footage on the North Norfolk Coast for a new Nosound video...

Mixing of the new Nosound material is going strong and fast and the material is probably the strongest we have ever had 😊 There's a good chance we might play some of it at Marillion Weekend Italy in May 🤫 Oh, and Juno seems to love it as well! 😅

It's been busy in the studio, with trusted Juno helping with the lower end of the spectrum under the desk, finalising the last song for the new Nosound album 🚀 👂 I'm always addicted to that feeling of songs suddenly revealing themselves as a cohesive album ☺️

Working on the new Nosound album meant going back to a lot of guitar work, which in turn means now going through the rabbit hole of porting it all to the live setup. A nerdy and creative process that I always enjoy a lot 🎸 👀

This weekend I've been recording the last vocals for the new Nosound release, definied the timeline, finalising some mixing and the hand-drawn artwork that will come with it. Its's great to hear how some elements fom the early releases of the band found their way back 🎸

I've spent a few days back to Starmus Festival, talking about creativity and science, and also shooting some final footage for a new video 📽️...the new Nosound release, announcement and first single are about to happen now very soon! 🥁 🎸 🎻 🚀
