Excited to share MuSE 2 for accelerated (50x) mutation calling in cancer genomes: ~5min for WES and <1hr for WGS per tumor-normal pair. We set new standards in efficiency & accuracy by combining MuSE 2 and Strelka2 using a snakemake pipeline. See paper: bit.ly/3URXazY
