Merry Christmas Everyone, but with BSL, and even their signing had musicality and rhythm! A couple of timing issues, but what a great performance! Whales are now assembled and ready to go!

Whales with Last Christmas, they had a truck load of paper hearts and they were perfectly in sync with each other - nicely tuneful too!! Next up we have Dolphin class.

Dolphins with On A Starry Night with Makaton signing - inclusion is such a big part of our school! They were in time and in tune to boot! Now arranging themselves on stage Lionfish ready to close out the performances!

That’s Christmas To Me, again not one I know very well! But a beautiful song choice, with some very courageous solos! The judges are now totalling up their scores.

And the Whale class have it! The real winner of course are the school values of cooperation, courage and commitment! A huge thank you to all the children and adults in KS2!

We’ve just had this brilliant set of equipment installed! The children love it! We don’t have a huge playground, but it’s packed with fun!

It’s the last day of autumn term. And that means one thing and one thing only…the annual KS2 carol competition! Buckle in, because this year’s competition is going to be electric!

First up - always tricky - Whales with Sleigh Ride!

Oysters smashing a disco hit out of the park. 9 9 9 8 from the judges! Next up the Dolphins with Merry Christmas by Ed Sheeran and Elton John.

A superb effort from Dolphins, a very hard song and some excellent choreography. 9 9 9 8 from the judges. Next to take the stage: Lionfish with All I Want For Christmas Is You.

The hardest song possible and they judges have gone: 8.5 9 8 8 Stingrays are up next with a remix of Here Comes Santa Claus. They’re teacher has a strong track record!

A very good effort with a rap version of the song - 9 9 8 8 The jellyfish are heading to the stage next with Jingle Bells.

A stripped back version, they kept it simple and there were even violins! 8 7 8 7 the scores. Next up Sharks are taking to the stage with Santa Tell Me - another difficult song to sing from an upper school class.

Such a hard song to sing and the judges have scored it: 8 8 7 7 Rounding off the show we have Swordfish with Rock and Roll Snowman.

The judges liked that and have scored that 8.5 8.5 8 8. This leaves a tied score at the top and the judges decision will be final. Which means the winners are the Oysters! Well done Mr Devaney and the Oyster class!!
