This week I ate at Los Felix in Miami. I would argue that it’s Miami’s first elite Mexican restaurant. Every dish was phenomenal. They have an in-house Molino where they cook and grind maiz daily to make tortillas from scratch. The dishes are elaborate and have incredible depth
