Désiré Raymondeau died yesterday at the age of 101. He was as a French Resistance fighter with the 2e Bataillon de l’Organisation de Résistance de l’Armée (ORA) in the Limoges area and went on fight the Germans in the Atlantic pockets until the end of the war.
