Everything I see in regards to LOTF 2 makes it seem that the team misunderstands the genre. Fromsoft games aren’t gritty, and edgy, or I guess “sexual” for the sake of it. They use the fantasy setting to tell a story, LOTF mistakes those elements for the actual appeal.
