Fantastic day 1 welcoming Tianjin University and Ningbo Institute of Technology to AMIC at Queen's University Belfast 🎓, as part of the School of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering Summer School Programme. The focus of their 2 days with AMIC & the PPRC will be Plastics and the Circular Economy.

'Storymaking for Local Making' at DRS24: Led by Rosie Hornbuckle & Sanne Visser- University of the Arts London. Using story cubes, we created narratives for bio-based, local, & circular ecosystems, showing how community-focused design can propel economic & environmental sustainability. 🔄️ DRS

One group with FII representation chose an example on #Rathlin, designing a tourist trail where visitors craft artefacts from sheep wool. This would support the local economy while promoting sustainable practices & enhancing the visitor experience.🐑 #EcoTourism DRS
