The Durant Lady Lions are Iheaded to the state basketball tournament for the first time since 2009.

Tony Robinson and his son Will of Durant have been named co-coaches of the year in girls basketball Class 5A-district four. Tony took over from his son who died on Christmas Eve. In a class move, Coweta coach Jade Allison deferred to the Robinsons for the honor.
