After a LONG time out of the saddle I taught my first freedive course this weekend. Although the students had issues with sticky ears, sinuses and sea sickness, their enthusiasm was great and reminded me why I love teaching freediving. The 4:30am start, not so much 😴😴😴

10 years ago today I broke the Australian Variable Weight national record with a dive to 100m in Greece. Can't believe 10yrs has gone so quickly! 100m was a pipe dream, but focus, determination and a dash of stubbornness can help you achieve goals you never thought possible.
