I was thrilled to help kick off the annual Brookland Halloween Parade put on by FriendsOfNoyesPark. The PhelpsACE marching band led the parade, and many neighbors came out to support. I saw princesses, ninjas, and even a slice of pizza, but Falcore took me by surprise. Happy Halloween!
