... and now, a word from our take over-er, aka me aka Greg: what is the Recurse Center..? it is the most inspiring place I’ve ever attended. it has every single best trait from hackathons, meetups, conferences, maker labs, hacker spaces, r&d labs, art studios and writer’s room.

the Recurse Center is an experiment in asking: what are technologists capable of when they take the time, are given the space, and are surrounded by a stupendous amount of grit, want, and community?

Incidentally if anyone out there thinks “A for-profit company which legalized building housing would be valuable and I’m just crazy enough to build it” I will write you a small check.
