Rubbish service by Urban Outfitters Europe - son bought stuff on sat 27th and card was charged, they then took the same payment again on Sat 4th! Two lots of chats to try and resolve, and basically a shrug and “contact your bank”. In the meantime his balance is low and he can’t spend anymore.
