Rodrigo Garza, a three-time Olympian and Silver Medalist with Spain will be the speaker for the 1st CIES Conference of the year. He has over 15 years of experience in brand management and sports marketing positions within top MNCs such as Unilever, ABN Amro, IOC and Adecco Group.

Every year I get this opportunity to reflect on how much I have grown, with the help of youngsters who are keen to make a difference to Indian sports. I share all that I have learnt, most importantly from mistakes, losses, and failures.
