New manuscript from Simon Hippenmeyer ISTAustria illustrating MADM resource for single cell genetic mosaic analysis of >96% of the entire mouse genome. Besides proof of principle we also revealed non-random mitotic sister chromatid segregation in distinct cell lineages in vivo.
