Now that Oxford Nanopore Kit14 is greatly improving accuracy, is the standard minimap2 scoring scheme still valid given that it assumes higher error? Does anyone have a better idea for what match/mismatch/gap open/gap extend scores should be? #nanopore #genomics #Bioinformatics
