I was out 2day n dis was wat I observed: in d GRA 1 in every 7 person on d street was wearing a mask. A cikin gari, its was one in every 20. The state needs to enforce d #MaskUpKano. I am appealing to banks, shops etc to make wearing a mask an access pass. #NoMaskNoEntry
