Terry Yorath was my 1st Manager with Wales and I loved him. He was never a part-time manager, he was always on the phone asking for scouting tickets and sorting itineraries. I loved the away games with the banter between Terry and Peter Shreeves entertaining everyone. 1/3

There are two stories that sum up him his passion for Wales: Bucharest and we’ve lost 5-1 and we’re on the bus back to the hotel We’re crossing a big square when 3 lads run parallel to us being chased by a mob so Terry stops the bus and gets them on board to save them! 2/3

Ostrava and we’ve just drawn but there’s been attacks on our fans during the game. A couple of fans are bloodied and our doc is asked to help them Terry finds out and invites all the injured fans into our dressing room to be treated and then helps with the bandages etc 3/3
