Every vendor, every investor, every accelerator is telling AI founders the same thing right now: "You need security." Cool. Which security? For what threat? At what cost? By when? Nobody answers that part.

I want to share a quick thought for people in cyber security. This will be my longest tweet ever. I’ve spoken to many lately who are having an existential crisis from the constant posts about “the end of cybersecurity jobs.” Yes, things are changing quickly. This is a

A huge, huge part of a founder's job is to simply inject (1) energy / optimism (2) clarity (3) urgency into EVERYTHING they are involved in. Every email, every meeting, every walk & talk, every slack thread, every whatsapp chatter.

I know the discussion here is about something else, but what you're seeing is actually a direct prompt injection attack. The user forced the model to reveal its system prompt, and it worked. That exposes internal instructions, constraints, and parts of the model’s architecture.

I don’t think companies can realistically ban AI-assisted coding. Even if a policy exists, someone somewhere will still paste code from an AI tool and commit it. There’s almost no way to fully enforce that. The real solution isn’t banning it. It’s clear guidelines, proper

A younger mentee asked me a few days ago if it’s still worth learning how to code. I told her a very confident yes. Even when AI writes code for me, I still ask it to explain why that line exists and what it actually does. If I don’t understand it, I don’t trust it. AI can make
