Today in EL Education, students created a background/setting with watercolor paints to help them recount the fables we’ve been reading in class! πŸ’™πŸΈπŸ’™

One of my favorite things to do during our partitioning unit in math! Our class made a colorful quilt by partitioning squares into halves and quarters. Each square is so unique - just like everyone in our class. πŸ’™πŸΈπŸ’™

Students are designing pencil holders for their economics project. We learned in class that graphite is a limited resource. Students earned money by showing LEAP in the classroom and used it to buy materials for their project. πŸ’™πŸΈπŸ’™

My favorite math activity! Students partitioned squares into halves and fourths to make a class quilt. I love how it turned out! 😍
