On my way back home. Had 4 weeks with my sister and 1 week with my parents. #EUPD felt so much more stable living with other people. But it’s not a long term fix. Not really looking forward to the adjustment back to single living over the next couple of weeks.

Just got my 4th Covid jab. I was worried about proving I needed a booster after 3 primary jabs, because I am a transplant patient. Thanks NHS Highland for making it easy and stress free.

Wide awake. Ruminating brain. Tried the warm bath, tried the worry list, had a warm drink. I really want sleep. 0630 comes far to early. I hate anxiety and EUPD.

I haven’t said anything about my EUPD for a while. But tonight it is giving me grief. I’m expecting a difficult day at work tomorrow and I can’t stop my racing thoughts or slow them down for more than a minute or 2. I’d like to be knocked out and wake up in 24hrs time.

#GBDoc looking to see if there is anyone who has had an islet cell transplant for T1D and has had covid. I’m still testing positive and feeling unwell on day 11. Is this normal?

Day 22 and my LFT is still positive for #Covid. Severe headache and exhaustion are the worst symptoms. And it making my #T1D and #PAI really difficult to manage. Chronic conditions and Covid is exhausting.

As someone living in Scotland I don’t want Scottish independence but listening how can I not want to follow Nicola’s dream - the one where humans matter.

Job promotion possibility coming up at work. Really want the job but it means working full time. I haven’t worked full time in 15yrs. I hate how chronic illness effects job opportunities.
