It’s vital that schools and their surrounding cities make each other stronger, and in that spirit I was grateful to be here. By collaborating, we can resolve shared problems at home that can benefit society at large. Thank you to Global Philadelphia and congrats to my fellow honorees!

My trip to The Wharton School's San Francisco campus last week included stops at Kartik Hosanagar’s @AIatWharton chat with Cade Metz and the The Lauder Institute's alumni event. Thanks to all who represent our school so well on the left coast – always great to see you! #WhartonProud

While AI is transforming so much around us, for the most part we can’t actually SEE it. Does that reality lead to mistrust? That’s the question I posed to @ReidHoffman at The Wharton School's Tarnopol Dean’s Lecture, “Embracing AI with Vision and Purpose": whr.tn/3CMziY1

When we launched Wharton AI & Analytics Initiative last year, I kept coming back to this: Over its 150-year history, The Wharton School has consistently met the moment. This is yet another example. I have no doubt that our faculty, students, and alumni will further cement Wharton as THE place to study AI.

Last week, Jamie Dinan W81 led the ribbon-cutting for Dinan Hall — formerly Vance Hall. Dean Erika H. James celebrated Dinan's renovation gift: "You bring deep knowledge and fondness for this University to every conversation, every meeting, every exchange.” whr.tn/42nqdhc

Four #WhartonGrad ceremonies mixed with #WhartonReunion... always a highlight weekend of the The Wharton School year! I am blown away by the strength in numbers we have in our network. Congrats to the Class of 2025, and a heartfelt thanks to the many familiar faces who returned to campus.

The Economic Club of New York is delighted to welcome Raj Gupta, Co-Chair of the Board of Advisors, Johns Hopkins Gupta-Klinsky India Institute (GKII), and former Chair & CEO of Rohm and Haas for a webinar tomorrow. In conversation with Erika H. James, Dean, The Wharton School, Penn, and ECNY Trustee, Raj will discuss corporate

"Perspective and expertise might come from anywhere in the organization," says The Wharton School's @ErikaHJames. Seeking input from a variety of areas is especially key in crises, she explains in "The Prepared Leader," her book w/ @LPWooten: whr.tn/4kYWR0R 📝: @MarissaShandell

Few places embody boldness and innovation like San Francisco, which made it the perfect setting for the 57th #WhartonForum. Events like this remind me of The Wharton School’s greatest strength: You – the global network we mobilize to help us stay on the leading edge of business education.

This was evident during my conversations with three extraordinary people, @VKhosla, @JackieReses and Daniel Lurie 丹尼爾·羅偉, who provided thought-provoking lenses on leadership in times of transformation. I left energized and enriched – and I know the hundreds who joined me feel the same.

I loved Peter's simple framing for what it means to feel valued at work. There are few, if any, people more equipped to explore the issues surrounding the workplace than him. I've learned so much from sitting down with The Wharton School faculty as part of this @WhartonKnows series.

This back-to-school season, I want students to focus on the power of listening. Here's part of what I shared with The Wharton School students in welcoming them to campus at orientations this year. You lead not only by what you're prepared to say, but also by what you're willing to hear.
