Just spent 45 minutes with Joel at Michaels Stores in Rockville MD designing a $245 custom frame—he was great. Manager refused to honor a $5 coupon that expired 6 days ago. I walked. A good manager would’ve made it right. #CustomerServiceFail

My Visa card attached to my MDTA EZ pass account was compromised due to fraud. Unfortunately the tolls I incurred were not paid & I was assessed penalities by MD, NJ, DE & VA. Thankfully MD, NJ & DE waived them but not VA's Dulles Greenway. #shameonVA

Went to book americanair for our 13 year old son for a trip and was told there would be a $300 additional fee since he is travelling by himself. Thankfully Southwest Airlines is available and they don't charge added fees for an unaccompanied minor.

Thank you Southwest Airlines. Just booked my flights online. You guys make it so easy.

Ronathan from americanair called me yesterday. He proceeded to lambast me for expecting his company to babysit my almost 14 year old for free. He even offered to send me websites on how to raise a child. You can't make this up. Shameful.
