Interesting thread discussing root/anulus enlargement in AS vs small LVOT - some need both anulus & LVOT addressed & for that we Cleveland Clinic Heart, Vascular & Thoracic have preferred an anterior modified Bentall w/ Single Patch Konno Enlargement (BSPoKE) technique as shown #AortaEd
