With the dismantling of laws that promised fund'l equality in the US, it bears reminding how meager those legal protections were, even at their best. "The Sex Equality Gap" showed how existing laws didn't give an unfair adv to women & POC, rather white/male privilege persisted.

Working on the ERA Project here at CGSL these past four years has been an honor, and we look forward to seeing this important work continue to flourish at BWLC 🎉

While it's sad to see the @eraprojectcls leave Columbia Law School, this next chapter of its work at NYU Law's Birnbaum Women's Leadership Center will be fantastic. New home, same principled fight for gender justice!
