#PharmRes Candidates - time to start practicing! Great article here on one of the most difficult interview questions. Would add 3 pieces of extra advice. Never go negative! Never Blame! And Practice! #tipsforRxStudents hbr.org/2023/01/how-to…

The commentary and assessment of ChatGPT I've been waiting for! My take- writing is only as good as the reader. Both author and writer need intentionality. If AI bot is all that was needed, then you prob were not aiming for expression, persuasion, or intentionality. #PharmEd

Preceptors, raise your hand if you're guilty of using "Not" language when giving students feedback! Read this article for how to improve your prof. comm. by making it more effective and efficient. I'm firmly in "Try this" camp rather than "Avoid That." #PharmED #MedTwitter

Was reminded the other day by a current PGY1 res of this blog post regarding #ashp #pharmres ranking. She said this was helpful while finalizing rank list last year. enhancedprx.com/coachs-blog/fa… Happy to be your impartial objective sounding board. #TwitteRx #tipsforRxstudents

Today is a day to BE CURIOUS about your next step as phase 2. You'll be surprised what opportunities you'll find on that available program list!

Having a full circle moment - I was the interviewer for my next resident's pharmacy school application six years ago. I'm so excited to see what she does in her PGY2.

Dear residency directors, if you agree to serve as a reference for a candidate you're not willing to interview for your own program, you are part of the problem. Bad mouthing candidates when you could simply decline their request is a low move.

to my #hospice colleagues - thank you. You may not know who meaningful it is to hear from a #HospiceRN that you're doing a good job caring for a loved one.

Pro-tip from your overnight hospital pharmacist. Learn which units have communal ice cream in the freezer, which always have a supply of spoons and bowls, and keep everyone happy with occasional chocolate molten lava cake. #leadership #cake #PharmEd

Hey #ASHP hospital #pharmacy folks- how does your hiring/interview/selection process for clin specialists differ from #pharmres process? Use of LOIs, interview components, selection committee etc? What's the current norm folks should expect after residency?
