(2) Un o’r argymhellion allweddol yw y dylai Llywodraeth Cymru ystyried rôl hyfforddi swyddi mewn ysgolion ar y cyd â Gyrfa Cymru ar gyfer y plant a’r bobl ifanc sydd angen cymorth ychwanegol neu addasiadau rhesymol ar gyfer profiad gwaith.

(2) One of the key recommendations is that the Welsh Government should consider the role of job coaching in schools in conjunction with Careers Wales for the children and young people who require additional support or reasonable adjustments for work experience.

Our recent 'From Service to Strategy' report recommends aligning age criteria for employability programs like Jobs Growth Wales+ with the Young Person's Guarantee (16-24), and ideally extending to 16-30, as seen in NLCF's Sustainable Steps green careers program. #YouthEmployment
