Much has changed with Southwest Airlines over the years. Been flying SWA since 1993. The rudeness, nickel and dime charges and their flight costs are contrary to their beginnings. Time to change as the things that used to differentiate SWA are gone, along with their personality.

Wow, Alaska Airlines is horrible. Tried to upgrade to Premium Class (not for free) and the website failed. Waiting on hold for an hour to no help... same premium upgrade that was offered out, now was 2.5x the price. Ridiculous... its why I left Alaska 5 years ago. Nothing has changed

When did Alaska Airlines start charging $35 each way for bags, especially when you upgraded to Premium seating? $70 round trip is extreme in my opinion.

Another epic FAIL from Alaska Airlines in their merger with Hawaiian Airlines. You can book fights on the other airline and thus not use your points either because their systems after an entire year don't work together. UGH. #badcustomerexperience

So this is a change Tesla customer experience. I’m buying a new Tesla Y & they no longer deliver to you. So instead of the Encinitas location, which is 5 minutes from me, they’re asking me to drive 45 minutes to the Miramar location to pick it up so much for #customerexperience.

But has Tesla lost their connection with their customers. Simple customer experience things are no longer there. I’m about to cancel my order because if the basics aren’t there now, then what do I have to look forward to.
