How lovely a whole Saturday with nothing to do but write… Still haven’t written a word.

Got some writing done but boy am I droopy today. I know everyone complains about the heat but a rainy day makes me sooo unmotivated.

I am, however, enjoying getting stuck into Ginny and Georgia today. Finally broke my constant watch of old favourites loop 😅

Sigh. I have a week off next week and would have been great to watch some tennis but everyone is withdrawing! Arghhh 😩

Actually felt cold a couple of times today and it was weird. This winter is gonna be so hard 😭😭

I’ve gone total hermit mode atm. All I wanna do is read, write, watch Netflix and ignore everyone 😅 I’m not feeling down I don’t think just don’t wanna talk to anybody 🤷‍♀️

So fun finishing a show and googling when the next series will be when you already know it’s gonna be in three years time when you’ve completely forgotten everything about the show.

Nobody appreciates the battle I go through each day really wanting to pick my cat up and smush him and knowing that he truly hates it.

Any recs for hikes from Ambleside please? 🥾⛰️ I’ve done Wansfell Pike and Troutbeck / Loughrigg and Grasmere with the Coffin route. I like moderately challenging stuff but not mega scrambling or too iffy with directions.

Phew Microsoft Subscription sorted. Thank you to everyone who suggested switching to the classic subscription. Still majorly grumpy about them trying to charge me £30 more automatically for AI features I actively do not want 😂😒

Lovely day with two good writing sessions (worked on one of my fave chapters so always nice) and tea out at a new Italian with mum. Currently stuffed full of carbonara and panna cotta and sleepy.
