Explain Doug Ford why do I have to fight for a PET scan when I have a deadly cancer - angiosarcoma of breast, post radiation - in blood vessels due radiation for breast cancer in 2008. Per Act, PET covered, and for monitoring, yet The Ottawa Hospital, per oncologist, deny. Why?
