Whole school CPD is good. Time in dept to discuss & implement is better. Implementation time & a cup of tea is best. Found this absolute DELIGHT in our Science dept this afternoon as they discussed metacognition & questioning in the classroom. Our staff are the best 🤓🧠🫖

This week has been BUSY. Mocks, Y11 optimisation, and leading a theatre trip has certainly put the team through their paces…but seeing the looks of awe on student faces when they saw a show for the first time is a reminder of why we do it ❤️ grateful for the team @KingsWoolston

Really useful to understand the Early Career Framework through the eyes of teachers experiencing it.
