What if we changed the rules so that, to get a “5-Star Safety Rating,” a vehicle also had to be safer for everyone AROUND it, like people walking, people on bikes, KIDS(!), & people in other vehicles in a collision? Vehicles have been getting more deadly in the name of safety.
