I've been running away from all of this and living well for a wonderful few months that's not been without drama. I managed for 12 weeks to achieve NED status. The #GemCarbo #Chemo was soooo rough, and it took an age to complete my 6 cycles. #BCSM #TerminallyHopeful

There was a delay in beginning #Immunotherapy so I could have #SRS #Radiotherapy to my brain. So far, my brain has behaved so that was a good decision. The mask was a challenge but it was very doable. #BCSM #BrainMets #Stage4BreastCancer #TerminallyHopeful

#Immunotherapy has been wonderful. It has given me my longest break from chemo since I began with primary cancer in June 2021. I feel #normal. But, it may not be working as recent scans have shown #lymphnode activity so we're watching and waiting. #BCSM #TerminallyHopeful

Also had the great displeasure of having a #HickmanLine inserted back in February. That is not something I loved. The process was awful. But, the benefits were great for a while. No canula drama (other than for scans). #BCSM #Stage4BreastCancer #TerminallyHopeful

I no longer have the #HickmanLine thanks to a terrifying bout of #Sepsis that resulted in a 6 night all inclusive mini break courtesy of the #NHS. I was really unwell and it took a lot of effort to get it under control. #ThankYouNHS #BCSM #Stage4BreastCancer #TerminallyHopeful

We looked after a #RescueDog for a few months. Oh how we loved her even though she was an absolute liability with serious issues that ultimately meant we couldn't keep her. We miss her. #DogsOfTwitter #BCSM #TerminallyHopedul
