I keep sleeping through my therapy sessions because I'm so fucking tired. I need therapy. But I can't keep any appointments anymore. Feeling really dejected.

Lukas's viral panels came back negative, which is good, but it doesn't explain the retractions so we have a pediatrician appointment next week to address those if he's still having them. He slept really good last night and hasn't had a breathing episode since coming home!

I still want to do this but with my sleep schedule being as horrendous as it is, might have to go on the back burner for a while :(
