I spoke this am in Atlanta at the USA Basketball Coaches Academy, which is run by Don Showalter. Coach Showalter’s 1st HS job was at my HS, Lone Tree, Iowa in 1974. I was in the 4th grade and he introduced me to the game of basketball. I am forever indebted to him.

Fortunate to have Coach Snyder answer my question about his transition from an assistant to a Head Coach and how he learned to be comfortable delegating. Incredibly thorough and brilliant.
