With technology used all day long in elementary, middle, and high schools, it's essential to remind kids about good posture habits and to help counterbalance the hunch our kids have when they come home from a day sitting at school. #BackToSchool2024

#Savasana is an opportunity to reset our nervous system, let go of worries and anxieties, and find time for inner peace. When you surrender into the pose, your body becomes calm, leading to a decrease in blood pressure and an increase in your immune and digestive systems.

One of my most effective exercises for helping tech neck is a chin tuck. It's simple! Look straight ahead. Gently glide your chin straight back. It’s a small movement; don’t take your head up and down or bend your neck forward. Hold for 5 seconds, then relax. #chintuck #teckneck
