The IHDC is a joint initiative of ISPD and Int Society of Nephrology rallying intl. societies (IPNA Ped Nephrology, ISHD , African Association of Nephrology (AFRAN), The Asian Pacific Society of Nephrology (APSN),SLANH, EuroPDMeeting ...) and industry (Baxter International, Fresenius Medical Care, Medtronic...), with experts in each region to improve Home Dialysis.

The day starts early at the #ISPDAPCM25, with the Leadership Meeting between KSN/KSPD and the ISPD, including the signature of the International #HomeDialysis Consortium (IHDC) Manifesto. Thanks to Vantive Health for supporting the IHDC and this meeting.

The discussion on challenges for growing #PeritonealDialysis in Korea and lessons from different experiences around the world was enriching. We hope it will bring new impulse for achieving KSN/KSPD goals for KHP 2033. The IHDC Manifesto can serve as both roadmap and policy tool.
