We visited one of my favorite places today in Glacier National Park: an entire beach of perfect skipping rocks.

On our trip to Glacier NP, my kids and I got to drive the 99-year-old wooden tour boat that I drove my college summers. So fun to share that wonderful place and experience w/ my kids

Last weekend, I attended my 30-year high school reunion in Great Falls, MT. It was a blast to visit, reconnect, and dance with new and old friends. If you have a reunion coming up and are on the fence, I encourage you to go!

I took my daughters on their first backpacking trip this weekend. It ended up being a hard-fought 2.5-mile hike with/ 1000 feet of elevation  and an almost nonexistent trail for half the distance. They showed incredible tenacity, but I wish this first one had been easier!

Last week we got to volunteer and stay at the Deadman Lookout west of Red feather Lakes for 2 days and nights. What a memorable experience an opportunity to climb 5 flights of stairs in a strong wind more times than I can count!
