If something's working, then double down on it. The dumbest thing is when we're starting getting results, and we start chasing bright shiny objects. We end up way worse than if we just stuck to the path.

KPI's are lagging indicators. Critical drivers are the behaviors needed to affect the number. Your KPI might be your body fat %. Critical drivers are how many workouts a week, and how many calories are consumed daily. Get the drivers right, and the results will come.
