"Dragon Quest Heroes are almost always chosen ones" is blatantly false lol. DQ3's Hero has absolutely no prophecy about them and lives in the shadow of their dad most of the game. 5's isn't even *the* Hero technically. 6-10 mostly do not have prophecy stuff about them either.
