I'm waiting to hear back from Air Canada who provided me with the worst customer service yesterday, then they directed me to Customer Relations which has NO phone number. You email them and are expected to wait 2 WEEKS to hear back. Unbelievable.

I've been ghosted by @Aircanada on live chat after they agreed to cancel and rebook my ticket. It's been 3 hours I've been waiting for a response and nothing. Now I don't know if they even cancelled it or not. Is this how you treat your customers???

Hey EasyPark Vancouver why is it taking over a week for you to get back to me on refunding a ticket? I have sent an email and heard nothing. Offices only takes calls 3 days a week???? What?!?!? I need the ticket corrected because I had a rental car. Very subpar service.

where do you get off Air Canada? You are acting like a budget airline with these new rules when you are the largest airline! Stop putting your costs on your customers and have some accountablility.
