Our NHS junior doctors are the backbone of the medical workforce. We need them. You need them. We’ve cancelled all clinics. 1/4 have suicidal thoughts. 1/5 depressed. 30% don’t make it to a senior position. Is the media disinterested, or have I missed something? This matters.

I’ve been a junior doctor for 18 years- not because I’m bad at my job but because I’ve gone over and above to make myself more valuable to the nhs. What is a professional with 18 years experience worth? What’s it worth for me to safely care for women in labour??
