First day of student teaching 🍎 Had the best first day with the sweetest 1st graders. They did a portrait of themselves on their first day and an About Me activity. Then I read First Day Jitters and they colored and wrote about their feelings on the first day of school.

Kindergartners learning how to use a computer AND navigating iready! Proud of our littles!

Our 1st graders had so much fun at Warren County Public Library hosting of The Last Kids on Earth ! We love his books and loved meeting him! 📚

Excited for cooler temperatures as we move into fall with our library patio! I love having a quiet outdoor space for our students to take advantage of. 🤓💜📚

Some Library days are chaotic or dont go as planned or we have trouble following procedures… Today, though, was 1 of the GOOD days. Nothing special or exciting, just students treating our space w/ kindness & care. Lots of smiles & new books. Those days are worth documenting 🥰💜

Even when it’s a short meeting, William King & Megan Marcum treat us right! Two of my teachers are excited to test some “indestructible” 🎧 (We’re hopeful! 🤞🏼) And I won a prize for getting staff pics updated on our school site. Always refreshing to check in with our Tech Team 🤓
