Bottom line is that all vaccines do an incredible job of significantly decreasing the risk of severe illness, hospitalization, and death. Those are the outcomes that matter most. The best vaccine, and the most effective vaccine for you, is the one you're offered.

Imagine an older loved one having a heart attack or developing a severe infection, needing an ICU bed, and zero capacity because of #COVID19SK. ICU doctors having to choose between who has the best chance to survive. We NEVER want to be there. Take care of each other, #SK.

Great news below - AZ vaccine trial in USA had 79% overall efficacy at preventing symptomatic COVID-19, and 80% efficacy in 65+. Even better, 100% protection against severe illness and hospitalization. Don't hesitate - vaccinate! #covid19sk astrazeneca.com/media-centre/p…

Let me add to this: ⚡️Five of the last ten people admitted to Regina ICU admissions are less than FORTY years old⚡️ & this is not a Regina problem. This is a Saskatchewan problem that each & every one of us has the ability to solve #StayHome #VaccinesSaveLives

Please don’t vaccine shop. All 3 available in our collective fight against #COVID19SK are extremely effective against severe illness & death. You protect yourself, your family, your community, your workplace by taking the first one available to you ASAP ALL #VaccinesSaveLives

A reminder that #SK MHOs (led by @CoryNeudorf) issued a clear consensus statement August 26 detailing what policy measures needed to be put in place to help manage Delta in #SK. That was 11 days ago. It's not too late, Government of Saskatchewan. Please, help US help ALL of #SK. Thank you.

All elective surgeries and most outpatient procedures cancelled in Calgary. Same will occur throughout Alberta, and soon across Saskatchewan too. The consequences of our reality will be borne by ALL #AB & #SK citizens. Did not have to be this way. #COVID19SK #COVID19AB

Some strange/very wrong claims going on in replies to some of my tweets Here’s some #COVID19SK facts ✅NONE of the 75 people in SK ICUs today are due to a vaccine adverse event ✅>75% of all SK ICU beds are looking after people w COVID ✅There are no empty Saskatchewan Health Authority hospitals

Update: Government of Saskatchewan has just cancelled transfers to ON beyond the initial 6 #COVID ICU patients already announced. We will not be receiving a patient tomorrow. As the #COVID19SK ICU situation has not improved, this decision is confusing. We remain willing and able to assist.

The elected govt has a responsibility to provide #Sask citizens access to SAFE universal healthcare. When Saskatchewan Health Authority 🏥 are in crisis, it is the responsibility of Government of Saskatchewan to intervene, provide alternatives, and/or get help. They have done neither & today's actions are reckless
