I really cannot stress this enough. There isn't a single state, run by either Rs or Ds, where counting isn't ongoing today. Just because you're not watching those states doesn't mean it's not happening. Same thing happening in AL and MD as is happening in PA and GA.

If you want to want to help small businesses find employees you could do what ever other country does and make health care free so $15 an hour actually becomes an attractive wage. Make big businesses pay for it to balance out their unfair competitive advantage.
