(1) Throughout the semester I have been gather quotes that have been said by guest speakers and classmates about advocacy. As the class comes to an end, I wanted to share some with you:

(2) "When you develop without a human rights framework, your system will break" (referencing the US) "Equity is not a place, but its about assurances. Policies and policies." "With trauma comes truth." "We want people to have middle class intentions, w/o middle class money."

(3) "When your work/research is attached to your identity, it feel like people are attacking you personally." "Don't suck from them to save them." (referencing communities you are working with) "RJ is not rapid cycle." "See yourself as the people you are working for."
