Kinderen die in armoede opgroeien hebben minder toekomstperspectief, schrijft NRC. En dat is niet alleen een gevoel – waarvan het al erg genoeg is als je daarmee opgroeit – het is aangetoond: deze kinderen hebben daadwerkelijk minder kansen zich goed te ontwikkelen.
