How can it's be right for jetskiers to travel to Felixsowe Ferry ,launch, play about in the estuary when we are in a tier 4 lockdown. Any problems someone would need to go and Rescue them I for one am not happy!

Checked the bar on Thursday, the entrance is looking difficult with the Easterly knolls moving into the channel in the area of the two port hand marks.the other swatchway is looking quite promising except for a ridge on the outer end.Pass knoll spit to starboard when entering

The cool easterly wind continues to persist at #PortofWells but where else would you want to be on a beautiful spring day, other then #NorthNorfolkCoast #WellsNexttheSea “ Fresh Air & Freedom”

Oreford river buoyage has now been removed Deben buoyage stays in all year.Mid Knoll starboard buoyage is v close to shingle so leave at least 20yards on it's correct side.will check again next available Low water.

West Knoll buoyage is missing. If leaving the Deben continue the course from Mid Knoll to Knoll Spit for200mts past K Spit until into deep water. From seaward go to West Knoll waypoint before proceeding to Knoll Spit or line up Knoll Spit with Mid Knoll while still in deep water.

No new chart on my website this year the entrance is in constant flux the East coast pilot chart is available on their site with buoyage positions.

The Port hand Deben buoy has been replaced by a Starboard hand mark to mark the edge of the shallow spit where the two channels meet this should stop vessels from running aground when exiting the river on the ebb.
